Day 1
Day one will stat with a short hike up the hill where Vilnius city started, then visit the most interesting museum in the city and after that you will explore the artsy part of Vilnius

A historic place where Vilnius city started
This hill is a very important place in Vilnius history. More than 500 years ago a castle was built on top of the hill. Now just parts of the castle are left. But it's still very interesting to see. Also views are stunning from the top. From right you will see contemporary Vilnius and from left you will see red roofs or old Vilnius

Visit The Most Fun museum
Museum located in the first central power station in Vilnius
This museum is located in the first central power station in Vilnius. It destroys the established stereotypes of a traditional museum. The energy exhibition allows visitors to experience the authentic equipment of a recently operational power plant, and a stroll around steam boilers, turbines, generators, condensers and sophisticated pipelines allows visitors to experience the spirit of this type of industrial facility. You can also visit the newest addition to the museum - Transformation Hall. It's an interactive exhibition about the relationship between human and energy
Don't forget to visit the rooftop of this museum. You will see a beautiful view of Vilnius old town

Enter Dominikonų street 14 courtyard and you will find a beautiful green wall on the right and if you will go deeper you will see colourful buildings and maybe even meet this courtyard's cat!

Swings on the river
Artsy swings in the middle of the river
Colourful swings are located under Užupio bridge. The only way to access them is to walk through the water to the middle of Vilnelė river and climb up. Very fun experience but recommended only in warm season! You will get really pretty photos on the swings but if it's too cold, you can take photos of the swings from above, it will look charming

Dessert place with one of the most unique atmospheres in Vilnius
Liu Patty has delicious desserts and unique atmosphere. Previously it was pharmacy and new cafe owners kept the 100 years old furniture

Polocko street 11 courtyard is extremely unique. You will find the original old style storage buildings with a lot of doors all painted in cozy paintings. Beautiful place to take photos of

Less known viewpoint on the edge of Užupis. You can reach it either turning to Žvirgždyno street when walking on Polocko street in Užupis or climbing the stairs from Paupio-Užupio bridge

When you will enter through a small door you will see a writing Prisiminimai (memories). And this courtyard is filled with memories: mirrors, old gadgets, writings and painting in places that you wouldn't expect. You can spend a long time here and still not find all the memories.
